This is super important in life -
When we are alone, we need company or something to be with us. If no work then we feel bored and then go out for movie or entertainment. we always look outside for sense enjoyment, basically when you are alone, only that time you can connect with Krishna, residing in your heart (because you are soul and Krishna is super soul). We need to look inside not outside, to know more practice medication or chant (I would prefer chanting), we are always finding enjoyment outside so we are choosing to separate from Krishna and hence we took birth on this planet.
being alone and loving yourself will give you more enjoyment than you imagine. It’s an ecstasy . ( I could able to do this for few mins, because of “the God’s grace”.. but being in that state is amazing)
