Meaning once you are there at the expert level.. maintain the skills, keep improving your skills. Remember ‘competition with others’ & ‘jealous’ are mostly killer of the compassion. We don’t have to be always the top winner but being expert is important, keep on improving yourself and that is the life.
Compete with yourself, what you were yesterday and what you are today, that’s it.
