After eating food, stomach starts digesting the food and for that it, increases the temperature. If we drink water immediately after lunch/dinner then temperature can not be increased and it creates problem in digestion, so don’t drink water during eating lunch or dinner, give at least 40 mins gap after eating and then drink water. Always drink water of room temperature. Drink sip by sip, it helps body to absorb the water as much as possible. Keeping water in copper vessel is good for health. we have to make sure fluoride content is not there in drinking water.
once we wake up early morning, first thing is to drink water “without washing mouth”, the saliva gets created in the mouth when you sleep, is healthy for you.
